The pharmacies listed here provide counselling services on the basis of Section 5 of the Act on Health Services (372/2011 Coll.). Pharmacies often provide these services with no claim to financial remuneration or for a nominal fee.
The consultation itself should take place in (structurally) separate premises designated specifically for consulting work and the assessment of appropriate therapy, or for providing medicines information in accordance with Annex No. 5 of Decree 92/2012 Coll.
